In short, we ship from Knysna to anywhere in South Africa (order-based shipping costs are added during check-out - required as our products are heavy by nature), OR you are welcome to collect from us on Leisure Isle by appointment (zero shipping cost). Your credit card or EFT payments are totally secure via the Payfast payment service and your order is confirmed in real time once payment is received. We do not ship internationally from our online store at present, please contact us for a custom quotation based on your intended order and international destination.

Product Care

Please check the product's description to determine whether it is protected by three coats of a tough, durable, wear-and-water resistant clear interior sealer, or treated with a wood oil/wax.

How to care for a Benjawbski Woodcraft item:

Cleaning:
Sealer - wipe occasionally with a damp cloth. Buff with a cloth and furniture polish if the surface appears dull. Wood oil/wax - see next point.
Maintenance:
Re-oil occasionally with Osmo TopOil (every 1-3 months based on use). Apply a thin coat, wipe off excess oil and allow to dry overnight. Buff with a clean cloth if a light sheen is desired. If Osmo TopOil is not available, use a food-grade mineral oil or a mineral oil and beeswax board conditioner. Avoid cooking oils as they may become rancid.
Usage:
Unless specifically stated, all products are intended for indoor use only.
